“I am a third generation horse man with both sides of my family being Arabian horse breeders and trainers. Growing up on the
Arabian horse show circuit has developed my passion for good horses. As a youth, I showed all disciplines, Western and English. During my youth show career, I won my first national champion under the quidance of Ray LaCroix in the 17 and under park. At age 13,
I rode my first reining horse and was hooked. During those years, Todd Crawford and Kristi Berg helped me with my reining.
During
college I decided in order to get better I had to go work for another horse trainer. While attending the University of Redlands School
of Business, I worked for AQHA world champion Mike Berg. After graduating college, I moved to Bakersfield, California
to work for NRCHA Hall of Famer and two-time futurity champion Doug Williamson.
After four years and having enjoyed and valued
my time working for both Mike and Doug, I decided to look to the future. The time spent with these champions, combined with
a lifetime growing up in the horse industry provided me with a solid foundation to start a reining and working cow horse training
stable at Green Acres Ranch in Temecula, California. From my experiences, I have learned the importance of customer interaction
and communication in the process of training a finished show horse. I enjoy spending quality time with customers teaching them
how to become a better horsemen and competitor. I want to continue my passion for training younger horses for aged events, primarily
the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity.
As a professional my goal is to provide a quality services to my customers. If I maintain
the highest standards for my self and those around me, I will be able to provide an unbeatable service.”
